I thought you were not coming back?

I have 6 dozen bigfoots but I run a mixed spread of FFD's and bigfoots and at times we have had spreads of up to 80 dozen fullbodies, with the whole crew.

That's cool. I have 4 dozen FFD's I mix in with my BFoots when I hunt a smaller spread. My ''crew'' has decoys too Andrew. Rolling Eyes

By the way, I am interested in hearing how you haul that many bigfoots....
My enclosed trailer is basically full with them and i only have 6 doz... most of the time they end up piled in the bed of the truck because they are durable and the FFD's get babied in the trailer.

btw, we have killed geese over 6 decoys before....
it doesnt make you a better hunter to have more decoys, just gives you a bigger head Cool

Did I say something to offend you? I appreciate your interest in me, but I must say it is getting to be a bit unusual don't U think? Question I will amuse U and answer your questions though. I have a 6x12 enclosed trailer with an extra foot of height and another guy I hunt with (or 'crewmember') also has a 6x12 enclosed. I also have 3 pit blinds that I keep loaded with decoys all season.
Sounds like U might need a bigger trailer Andrew. I can get 170-180 Bigfoots in my trailer without packing it tight. I can get 200 in there if I really pack it, but that is too much of a pain.

BTW, I suppose U can harvest geese over 1 decoy but that doesn't mean that it would be a good idea to hunt over 1 decoy in most situations..... Rolling Eyes U R right having more decoys doesn't make you a better hunter, it just gives you more options. What I was trying to convey in my original post, is that I am obviously a big supporter and believer in Bigfoot brand, but I am frustrated with the slow progress.

Hey by all means, lets not hurry on this deal. Nobody from Bigfoot can respond to this thread since October? I talked to a nice lady at Bigfoot in the Fall of 2006 that said they will be coming out 'next year'.

Sorry, just frustrated. Bigfoot has sooo much potential but absolutely no marketing or follow up and things like this actually backfire and push people away. It is just too bad. Crying or Very sad

Big Foot isn't a large company. We don't have a marketing dept. Heck there's only 11 people in the whole company! Considering that I think we get a lot done. Oh and by the way you must have missed the commercials we run on Waterfowler TV. That isn't huge but it's a start. In fact I'm off to SHOT with a pilot of Big Foot's new TV show...Flight's On!
There is some marketing going on.

One thing people don't realize...we are now importing some of our products. That means quality control is 12,000 miles away. Big Foot is a sound company with a reputation for superb quality. We will not jeapordize that reputation by releasing products that aren't the quality BF is known for. We realize we may lose a few customers due to impatience but better that than lose a bunch due to inferior products.

As soon as we have any news concerning the new shells I'll post up. Until then this thread is a dead issue.

Barnie

Bigfoot is a pretty small company, called them today about our mallard decoys, and Art Ladeoff answered the phone!!! He said their would be no problem in replacing our decoys. we are sending in 5 doz. Talk about customer service, i bet u can't say that about avery.
And about #'ers of bigfoots, a club i hunted at last year had 2,500!!! In 2000 he bought so many at one time cabelas offered him money for some of them!Beat that(in a kidding sort of way)

A TV show would be great. All I can say about Bigfoot is that they stand behind there products the best I have seen. Can't wait to find out more about the new shells that will be coming out. Cool
Thanks Bigfoot for the great products.

Ok, my aunt works at bigfoot you may have even talk to her, Brenda is her name, if you were wandering. All that I have to say is that I have done my research on this company and have sought out information from locals and employees. Please do not trash talk BigFoot. The longer you wait for the final product the better it will be perfected. So, just be excited about the future products to come, and TV shows to come, and please no more arguments on this topic!!!

Thanks!

P.S. Do your homework before you talk and argue about something in which you do not competely understand! Wink
