WEll i figured we should keep the group alive. Any one have any good big game stories or pics.
Here are a couple of mine.
This buck i killed in 07 on a Fenced in area call the Starkey Expiremental Forest. 40 square mile fenced in for studies. only 25 tags given out. Shot it on the 10th day of season. I had walked 79 miles on my gps.

This one is my wifes first buck she shot back in 04 with a .243 on our farm. It borders a federal refuge and the bucks will come out into our fields early in the morning and late at night. scores 145 1/8 22 inch wide


This is my first archery buck taken in 05. Shot on our farm. i huntedd every day of season and killedd him on day 18

Lets see if we cant get some other forum rooms like big game and fishing.. something to keep us going in the off season.

Those are some nice looking racks you have there. I really like them with the bleached skull, something different than what everyone else has. I haven't been deer hunting for about 7-8 years now. Might have to get back into it this fall. I use to bow hunt but haven't done that since MN had the halloween blizzard. Once duck hunting rolls around I would rather chase them around . What does everyone else have for big game mounts?
