The lilly is packed tail to bill with the silverbellies and honks. Most are feeding north of town and 4 sections. I sure hope you boys who hunt tomarrow show Maxie what he has been missing all season. I will be chasing them Wednesday. Apparently there has been some goose movement. The ducks seem to be mixing right in with the geese now. Hint Hint

Hey Barnie thanks for all the bigfoots they sure do look nice in a open hole surrounded by ice. We had to shoot the greenheads to keep them out of our hole! Goose floaters are going to get a workout the next to weeks.

you better check the wind. The machine doesn't get to go? sit away from the pole. I only had decoys out on Sunday by yourself you don't need the toys! I would not go without the jurker on a still day. The mallards came out from 4 til 5 nonstop.

I will come down tomarrow after we are done. Maybe we can figure out something for the 2 pipes I have. 30" long we may have to bolt them on but it will be better than nothing at this point. From here on out it's going to be all ice except for the river.
The bigfoots and robo are going tomarrow. It sounded like you guys could have gotten a few more. You could have been down by 10? I hope it's a good one tomarrow. Hopefully Max had a good time. I look forward to hunting with him myself.

Has he been watching Cundles at all? I would think if the mallies are thick here there has to be twice as many down there.

My motion stakes are itching to be used! We need to get them out soon.

It looked like two riggs were out on the honey today. The ice was 3/4 thick. There was a hole from hunters in the middle of the west side and one west of the eddy on the south side. It looked like some boat rack going out into the middle chasing cripples from the west shoreline. We better plan on getting there early. I hope it doesn't freeze tonight. I opened a nice hole on the east for Saturday. The forcast looks nasty for us and very ducky. If they don't bug out. 10" are possible for Minn.
