I was wondering the same thing. I just signed up because i love goose hunting and i love bigfoots. and have seen no action on this forwm maybe a waist of time?

I know what you are saying. Though, from being on these forums for the last 7 years.....the not so popular message boards, don't get the traffic they would....near or in season. Of course, Barnie leaving didn't help.
With rumors flying rampant, about BF moving to China....it has pizzed and scared others off......I would think, but have no idea if that is the case.

It's sad to browse these other forums and find guys that take time out of their own day to post and argue non-stop with each other about whether the BF FB's went to China or not. Seriously, aren't there better things these guys could be doing? Besides, my friendship with the Ladehoffs will remain the same no matter what business decision is made. Art and Greg are two of the nicest folk I have ever met and developed a friendship with. They are normal, everyday American farmers who happen to own a decoy company. I to this day and will always back Greg and Art a full 100% no matter what business decision is made! Go BF!!

Ya'll think that there is nothing posted is because it is the off season regarding waterfolwing.


Post up some stories about your past hunting seasons in the blind with friends and family members.


Show the young what it is like to call in a flock Honkers with what ever call you prefer.


Or we can talk about how guys come on here and post pictures of their spreads using decoys made by other decoy companies and not think anything of it.Does it even matter what calls and decoys are used by people who post up ?!

The guy has a million stories on Waterfowling that nobody can touch and ya'll are missing the Cultural Heritage that is the envy to know one.

While in Alberta this past September, I sat down and listened to a few of
Artt's past huntin' stories, boy he's got a few! I'll give Greg a shout tomorrow about the whole posting thing, I don't think he spends much time on a computer.. !! I agree 100% with you Hawk, just because season is out, doesn't mean there isn't room to talk and share past stories about any kind of hunting. I'll think of something.

I dont think it has anything to do with Barn leaving BigFoot. People just dont have much to say right now.

There's plenty of talk about Big Foot right now... everywhere but here.

I think that it would help if there were other areas of interest such as a for sale, calling and so on.
But back to the issue, I have been busy with finishing up papers and projects for the end of school. My last day is May 8th . Here is a pic of a 3# and a 7# 9oz. eyes that I caught this past winter ice fishing here in southern MN. Haven't had much time to do a lot of things with school (took 16 credits will not do that again) and work.

Can't wait for our fishing opener to get here. Only two more weeks . Anyone been getting into any crappies yet?
